I'm confused. You are the victim but YOU are being punished? I can understand a court ordering the cousin to stay away from you, but why should you have to stay away from the rest of the family?

What happened to you cousin in court? How old was he, how old are you? We need to better understand what happened to be able to advise you.

First off how old are you? Next would be how old is the perp? And why isn't he in jail? Was this reported and followed up on in the first place? Maybe there is still bad blood for what has happened to you and I wouldn't blame your parents for feeling that way. If his side is in denial about it ever happening then your parents have a right to remain angry with that side of the family.
