I have a silver dollar certificate Series 1928 A. I wanted to know the value of this bill. The information I can provide are as follows:

It has blue seal
It has a funny back
The name of the secretary of the treasury is A.W. Mellon
The bills quality is very slightly used, crisp and clean
The name of the treasurer looks like it says N.O. Woods

Please let me know if there is any value to this dollar bill..
