    Hi,
    I don't know which form to fill, Please help.
    Details:
    I am came to US on H1B on 1st May 2009 and worked here till 29th May 2009 (which is lessthan a month) and went back to India on 29th May 2009.
    I came back on Nov 13 on B1 Visa, today I received W2 form, it contains my wages and federal tax withheld , I don't know which form to fill. Please help me.

    Given the facts, you will probably get ALL of your withheld state and federal income taxes back, especially if you claim daily living expenses using Form 2106.

    Unfortunately, the FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes cannot be recovered.
