I have another question is that if my status change from F1 to H4, and I had not gotten the notice of H4 status (in the pending). If, my husband's I-140 is approved, then he wants to add me to apply for I-485. In that case, does he need to wait my H4 status, or he could add me just as I am still F1. Or we need to wait until I get the H4 approved.

If you're married before he files I-140, you can be included either as F-1 or H-4.
