    Samsung triflow SW65ASP2 washing machine
    Hi there,

When I turn on my Samsung washing machine, and attempt to set a wash cycle, it comes up with the following error message on the display "dE", and does not commence the cycle. I've tried various cylce options, also referred to the owner's manual which suggests a couple of possible reasons, such as the machine may be not on a level surface, the lid is open (basic stuff)

I've checked the machine to the bets of my knowledge and can't locate the fault. I think it could be a faulty door switch, but I was wondering if someone had encountered this problem and may be able to assist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards
