My six month old lab has lost her apatite and has refused to eat the last two days she won't drink much water either. She had dry heaves last night. She has been around kid for the last two day's and I think they may have given bubble gum or kit kat bars or both. When do y'all think I should go to the vet

Yes, please take the pup to the vet, as soon as possible. It may be nothing, but don't take the chance. Pups rebound very nicely, but your pup definitely should go directly to the vet.

This morning if she is a typical Lab. At that age they are prone to bolt down all sorts of stuff that isn't good for them. Unfortunately, that includes many chews from the pet store. I don't think a single Kit Kat bar or bubble gum would be a problem, but who knows what else she may have found. Enough chocolate will kill dogs.
