As a defendant I filed a Production of Documents to the Plaintiff's lawyer... requesting contracts and all documents pertinent to the proof that they own the debt I am being sued for.I got a respond 60 days ago stating that they will contact their client and get back to me.How long I have to wait until those documents are produced... if they even exist anyway. Should I file a motion in court demanding the documents?What form should I file and where can I find a sample of it... Thank u.
