Would there be any costs associated in transferring probabation (domestic violence/DWAI) from CO to SC (after approvals obtained of course)? When probation is transferred does the receiving state's rules supercede the sentencing state's? Mother in SC

The probation officer should be able to give you an answer on the cost, if any. You must follow the rules of the state who is providing the supervision.
