My 95 civic 1.6 heater will not blow hot. Ihave checked the water level in the rad and the hoses are hot.On cold it blows cold on hot it only warms slightly .Any ides? Thanks Russ

Reverse flush the heater core and cooling system. Phosphate scale or corrosion has likely developed in the core. Refill with a 50/50 mixture of Zerex G-05, or other HOAT formula, antifreeze and distilled water. If the problem persists, replace the heater core.
