Hi I have a newflame 45 back boiler and have just had a sit tandem valve fitted ,it is working better now but it switches itself off every now and then, it tries to relight and will eventually but it is very annoying.The gasman that fitted it said he was unsure about the step opening pressure as no one had a manual for that boiler any help pointing me in the right direction for a manual or any help as to why it switches itself off would be very much appreciated many thanks in advance
