I want to know what type of question the interviewer ask for telephone operater , and customercare , how to answer to them ?
If this is an operator that will be answering all or most incoming calls to a business, the interviewer would be trying to determine what impression will be left with fidrt-time or repeat customers. Is the person patient, well-spoken and concise?
I might ask 'What would you do if a very irate caller demanded to talk to someone who was not available?" or
"What is a reasonable time for someone to be left on Hold?". You could satisy or qualify some questions by saying--"I would want to review the company policy related to phone calls and messages but I would consider doing... (whatever)".
Some bosses don't want calls going to voicemail during working hours.
Your need to show that you are courteous, knowledgeable about the company's business, and efficient.
