    Deductions on your paycheck?
I live in Ga are the employers required to show the deductions taken out of your paycheck? And can they cash your check without your signature on your check?

They are required to show deductions on your check or to give you a receipt if its direct deposit. And to answer your second question. No they are not allowed to cash YOUR check. They can cancel it and keep the money but they can't cash it nor deposit it.

If taxes were withheld from your paycheck, you will get Form W-2. If no taxes were withheld, you will get 1099-misc.
Employers/companies must mail W2 or 1099 by Feb 2, 2010. If you do not receive it by Feb 15, then you can call IRS. 1-800-829-1040.
