Your best bet is to contact the recruiters at all the major OTR companies and see what they offer now. Years ago it was usually a company paid training course that was offered by most of the bigger companies. I'm not too sure that they still offer any kind of free training provided you worked for them at least a year. That's what they used to offer. Worth a try calling them up at any rate.

I'm not aware of free training, but most truck driving schools do offer student loans.
