I have an '05 Kia Spectra5, I have noticed that the front passenger tire is making funny noises. I went up to it and shook the tire and it rattled. It isn't normal, since the other tires didn't make any noise. Could it be the ball bearing or ball joints that need replacing, or what could it be?

Or it could be loose lug nuts.
You need to see if all the lug studs and lug nuts are there and tight.
Did someone recently work on that corner of your car?
If that isn't it, you may need to have a shop inspect it for you.

I wouldn't drive it there.

Call your insurance and have it towed.
