Okay so I'm on the birth control pill and I did miss a couple pills this month. But took it when I remembered. Well I ended my birth control pill on Monday and started getting cramps like I was going to get my period. I had my last period on December 24. I should have got it Wednesday but is now Friday and still no period. I took a pregnancy test yesterda and said I was not pregnant. Is it just the pill doing this to me or what's going on? Also Wednesday night we had sex and when I put my underwear back on I noticed there was a little it of blood on them but that's it.

Wait a week and test again with first morning urine,it is the only way to be sure.
