I am updating the staff files and many driving licenses are ether out of date or their registered addresses are incorrect, do these details need to be correct for the licence to be vaild. Many staff use the poll cars. Thanks

When you say "out of date" are you saying that the drivers licenses are expired? It is legally dangerous to allow people to use company cars when the info on file is either incomplete or incorrect or the drivers do not have valid licenses.
