I have a family matter about my older sister I wish she would chat or see me I try to phone but only have did her number and not let it ring. I haven't seen her since 2005. When I was in hospital she never visited.

I'm a bit confused, do you have her current number and you rang her and put the phone down?

Have you tried writing a letter to her last known address ?

I do have her number but at the same time I feel she will not talk to me.

You can't know that unless you ring her up and ask her what's happening.
