I want my girl to move in with me,, but she is 17yrs old,and I'm 21,, shell turn 18 in 9 months, what can I do here in Florida, her mom treats her bad, but she don't say nothing because she don't want to loose her little sister, her mom is an alcaholic.. and she's been kicked out,, what can I do,, her grades are good in school and I'm in college and got a jo9b.

She has to wait until 18. But then again she can't leave if she is staying to protect her sister so she would be staying until the sister is 18.

Hey she can move in if she was 16 as long as your not over 24 now her mom can press charges but you can look into that later, but yea she can live with you know.. ( I am going through something some what of the same but dating ) hope that helped some! Good luck!

This is the law forum and if your going to make statements that go against the law then your going to have to prove it up. Can you quote the law for what your stating? The girl would be a minor at 16 and can't sign anything legally.
