    Can I e-file my 2009 taxes if I did not file 2008?
    I have a refund from 2008 but didn't file yet. If I file my 2009 by efile, will I get my refund or will it be held until I file the 2008?

    It will probably be held up; that is one of the automatic checks the IRS computer does when processing returns.
