My block house has no inculation in it at all and the wood is all nateral color and varnished, darkened over the years. I am looking for a way to inculate the walls with out building a sub wall and making the winows deeper. Email me at: [email protected] thank you for your help

We don't do this via e-mail so we can keep the conversation open for all to see and comment. Just keep adding/responding at the bottom of this post. You can add foam to block but it will not flow down to the bottom of the wall if you fill from the top. What is your outside siding?

You may get you best answer by contacting 3 insuloation contractors and ask them for a bid and their idea how to insulate the block wall, it won't be expanding foam.
