    Honeywell Programmable Thermostat RTH6300B
    Since I live in Canada I want a programmable thermostat that uses celsius. Do you know if this model can be switched from Fahrenheit to Celsius? IF so how is this done? I've not opened the package since I wanted this anwer first. Thanks for your help.

    You will have to read the instruction book. There is more than a dozen ways I've seen these manufacturer's do this.

    Yes you can change the display from Fahrenheit to Celsius by going to Function 14 in the set-up mode. You can download all the instructions from the Honeywell website. I will soon be posting my own question about this thermostat which I purchased yesterday.
