We would like to know if we have a Non-Employee who exercised stock, do we report that on line 7?

Since you haven't gotten an answer, then no one has seen this who knows the answer. I'm not a tax expert. (Contrary to popular belief, not all accountants do taxes or even know much about them.) I'd suggest posting this on the tax forum under Money & Services and you might get a response faster.
