    Oven element help
I have a Frigidaire es300. The oven bake element quit heating. The element looks to be intact and the oven and pre heat light comes on but the element doesn't. Broil and everything else works. What are the odds it's just the element and what other parts could be involved

Hey guys! I read the similar threads and learned how to check it with a meter. I'll check it and see what's what. To be continued...

If you've checked the 2 mounting screws, then more & likely, it's the element. They go bad all the time. One element will fit up to several brands of ranges. It can't be the circuit breaker, because you said the other element is working. Buy an element. They are not very expensive.
