Have a person trying to say I abandoned my child. How do I find out if these papers where filed?

What are they claiming? How do you know they filed anything ? Were you arrested and the child removed from you?

Abandonment is when you leave a child in a store and drive off, or in your home and go away for a week.
Did this happen.

The other is used in divorce,child custody and/or child support, where they use that as a reason in their law suit
