US citizen married to a German Soldier
In the summer of 2009 I, a US citizen, married a German citizen. He is currently living in Germany due to his military obligation. In January 2011, he will be able to attend school in the US for his "job education" military requirement. I am uncertain if we should apply for his Green Card now or wait until he is living in the US full time. If that is the case, then what? Apply for a Marriage Visa? Any and all help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
