No water pressure
Just a few questions before we get started. Do you still have good cold water pressure and flow at all fixtures? Is there a shut off between the cold supply and the heater, are you sure its open? If there is a valve try to close it and reopen it lefty loosy, righty tighty.
There is nothing coming through any of the faucets. The well pump pressure is at 25 - 30 lbs. All valves are opened. I turned the well pump off so the water heater would not refill while I was draining it.
First if you were removing mineral build up in the tank you don't drain it, you flush it out under pressure.Quote:

Did you shut the power off to the pump and bleed off the pressu4re or did you close the shut off valve on the house supply?
Back to you, Tom
Problem is solved. There was a low pressure switch that automatically shuts off under low pressure. I manually held the switch down until the water started flowing again.
Thanks for the update dfast.
