State of Florida real estate contract for deed law
How long (approx) to remove a buyer of real estate with a contract for deed if they default on payments in Florida. Thanks very much.

This information should already be in this contract for deed. Usually such a document spells out in minute detail what happens when and to whom if they default.

Once they are in default according to the contract they generally default to renters. You then serve them with a pay or quit notice then start eviction proceedings.
