hi if the guy own the house and on his name and they only been leaving toughter for only 2 months then they split until then house only on his name but after split x wife some how manage to put her name on land registry so the guy could not sale house nithar remortagage so is it possible without guy signature

Would be easier if you would stick to "I" and "my x" and so forth.

Someone can't just get their name on a deed. The owner has to sign a deed over to another person. If someone fraudulently got their name on the deed, the owner can fight it.
