How to find out someone's employer
I have an ex-tenant that owe's money. We went to court and won. He agreed to make payments but never did. We then had to go back to court and he never showed up. He was then given a bench warrant. But how does someone in my situation collect their money owed? I do not know where he works? How can I find out?

You can do a background search from The Official WhitePages - Find People for Free

    And hire a collections lawyer.

I've been a Landlord and Property Manager for 15 years so I know what you're going through. Try this web site. I've used them dozens of times with great result. http://employerfinder.yolasite.com/ :D

I don't know about the web site listed to search, since of course in most cases there is no public search available for this.

But this is also why winning the court is easy but sadly a lot, if not the majority of judgements are actually never collected

I wouldn't trust the website. First, there's only one page to it, not a lot of information, they don't say who they are, despite claiming a guarantee, they don't really have one, etc. There are no names anywhere. Basically you have no way to force them to make good on that guarantee cause you don't even know who they are. And their email is Yahoo?

The page where you enter all the data is not secure, or at least that I can tell. There's a blurb about confidentiality but they don't secure their website.

The payment is through Paypal only, which is a little odd in and of itself. Also means you can't even file a dispute through your credit card.

Doesn't mean they won't get the job done. I just don't like when a site is giving me nothing but reasons to be leary of them.
