I was on 160mg oxy for pain. I am muscling it. If I told my dr he would have a fit. He gave me Tramadol for break through pain. The nighttime scares me, I get weird pain. Cold packs help my feet but I am so frightened. I cannot tell anyone. Can anyone give me any advice. I have Clonazepam. Would that help with anything. I have FMS, o/a and DDD and other ailments. Can anyone give me any advice. Thank you so much.

Have you tried a Pain Clinic? No doubt you have very bad pain with FMS, o/a, and DDD +. What do you mean I am muscling it? Are you injecting yourself? Clonazepam might help with FMS (might help with muscle relaxation), but you have developed a problem with abusing your medication. I still think you should tell your doctor. Doctors need to know all the damage they create by their own prescribing practices. The medicine he prescribed you is addictive and you have a painful chronic pain disease. You are not the only one who has had this happen to them. This sounds a lot like what a friend of mine went through.

Please come back and tell us if you are taking these medicines without the knowledge of your doctor. Even if your doctor did not prescribe these, you would not be the first person who has a chronic pain disorder to ever take them without a prescription. There are pain specialists at Pain Clinics who have seen it all and could help you safely stop taking the oxys.

What is your disease or injury? If it's a disease, see a Board certified Infectious disease Specialist. Also, you need pain management.

One common drug used is Naltrexone. Look it up under Google or Yahoo search. Have you ever been tested for Lymes Disease? Get the Western Blot test. This test is specific for Lymes. Doesn't matter where you live, it's across the whole country. Dr.'s misdiagnose because its easier than dealing with such a controversial disease. Believe me, Iv'e been through it all.
