I have a 99 f-350 powerstoke that will not start by the ignition, it has lenty of crakning power but just spins over and over. I can push the truck off in 2nd gear and it fires right up within 5 or 10 feet. Anyone know where I can find a electric shut off valve or something? The fuel pump on the frame rail is pumping fuel.
