Hi, I would like to start up a business from home selling overseas property to the general public. How would I source clients? I have worked out the start up issues, costs, ltd co etc but I just don't know how and where to source clients.

Hi sorry, I am based in the UK and would like to sell overseas international property. I will obtain necessary licences, legal and tax advise etc but I am at a loss as to where to obtain advice on how to source clients (aside from friends and family).
