How can I forget about Women since I'm a total mess?
Ever since I was 6( yes it's true) I dreamed of girls and then as I grew older I wished about sex one day. But I'm totally damaged( impotent and also damage to male parts so painful).. It's sad and then women are everywhere... so I'll just be sad I can never have such a normal thing as sex .

I'm even feeling suicidal, although I wouldn't do that.
I'm in my 30's and have not even had a girflreidn yet.

Dear cozoDOP2, you are not alone. I am in my 60's and I also have a more or less normal desire for female companionship. But I have not dated in many years because I am so discouraged by what I see in the world. Having thoughts about one's own death is not necessarily dangerous as long as you don't make actual plans to carry out that idea.
More stuff to think about seriously: Ask yourself whether you believe in God the creator or not. If yes, then you must realize that He is the "inventor" of human sexuality and has given rules for the best way to have a happy life. The Holy Bible. It is a very complicated book and not at all easy to understand. If you believe that God is real, then try to ask him for wisdom. Also required are a very humble attitude and a sincere desire to seek His will for your life by trying to understand His Bible. To have any chance at all to begin understanding what God wants for your life, you must actually READ the Bible and diligently SEARCH for explanations of its meaning. If you seriously commit yourself to the above course of
Action you will find that you have little time to think about the pleasures that you may or may not be missing in your relationship to women. The Bible says: "It is good for a man not to touch a woman." I Corinthians 7:1
In reference to what you said about "damage to male parts so painful"... Have you seen any doctors
    About that ?

HeadStrongBoy. This is not the religious forum. You have a right to your beliefs but you do not have the right to preach those beliefs in this forum unless the OP specifically asks about God and the bible, which he didn't.

To the OP. When you say that your "male parts" are damaged, what do you mean? Did something happen? Was there an injury? If not, is this a medical condition? Have you seen a doctor?

Um, some of your posts have been odd, to say the least, and I'm not sure that you're actually 'damaged'. How does your current post relate to this other recent post?

In this post you said that there was pain when you ejaculated - so I assume you're not impotent. In other words you can get an erection.

You've also mentioned in other posts that you still live at home and that you have no success when you approach Japanese women for friendship or dates.

No offense, but it sounds as if your social skills are more damaged that your testicles. However, if they are really damaged then I genuinely apologize, and suggest that you would benefit from speaking to a counselor.

There are ways that you can have sex and be with women - it is not uncommon for men with physical disabilities to pay for these services.

Have you ever gotten any professional help, such as a therapist for what appears to be depression? Have you consulted a medical expert for your health issues? If so, have they given you any suggestions? What have you done so far to get you out of this funk?

The more information you provide, the more we can help.

First there is so much more to life than sex. If you can't have sex, you can still have a loving relationship.

But from the medical side, there are surgary, implants, pumps and so much more to allow sexual intercourse
