The movie opens in a city, in the dark, with fog. A man in a trench coat and hat says, "novelties? tricks? party pranks?" with a german/eastern european accent. There is a scene where someone is building an extravagant version of a place, more like a large model of it. It is a comedy along the lines of Mel Brooks or Woody Allen. It was made in approximately 1985. I saw it at a Drive Inn theater in a double feature with the movie, "Tank".

I remember that this is a sci fi movie of the 80's I don't remember much about the movie except that the movie maybe occurred in the middle ages. There was this distinct scene where each of the main hero characters had horses that ran so quickly that the there was fire from the backs of the horses. I remember them running in the distance. I also remember each of the main heroes having different powers. I forgot all of the powers that they have. I hope that is enough!

I remember a scene in a board room setting, unless I'm confusing it with the double feature I saw it with, called "Tank". Perhaps I should submit another question regarding the year that Tank came out and I'll know what year this one came out. I saw it in late summer.
