I am in SC. My girlfriend started hanging around my house most of the time though she has her own place. Now a few months later, she won't get out. This is my home, she has never paid any of the utilities or mortgage. There was a simple form I used once before (yes, I should have known better from experience) that was basically telling them they had 30 days to get out-but I didn't have to go through a formal eviction as she had no rights to the home.. or that's what the attorney at the time told me. I have lost this form and everything online pertains to lease and rental agreements. There was none here so how do I kick her out?

Does she still have her own place ?
