What would I needed to bring to pretrial, I'm pro-se and do I have to write up about my complaint for the judge, or would the judge inform me what to do on the next court date I was falsely arrested, and Stripe Search and prosecuted for a night and a day and now have medical problem. Get a public defending, you are going against the DA who knows the laws and will use any trick to trap you.

The judge is not there to give you legal advice.

Pre trial can be many things, but normally where varouis motions may be filed,

Some more information about your situation would be extremely helpful. At this point, we have no idea what you were arrested for and are being charged with.

I don't know why you feel you need to "write up about your complaint." Are you saying you were treated unfairly?

You were not prosecuted for a night and a day; you were detained in the jail. What type of medical problem did this cause you to have?
