Does anyone remember a show where there was a blonde girl about 16 who lived with her mum. Her dad spoke to her through a pink or purple diamond shape cystal that glowed with the sound of his voice, and the girl could stop time by fusing her two fingers together which created a glow, please help

Evie thought she was a typical teen girl with the typical teen problems until she began to experience things that were highly unusual. Her mother decided it was time to tell Evie a little family secret about exactly why her parents were separated, and where her father had gone.
She discovered that he was an alien who'd been called back to his home . She soon found out that she'd inherited a few strange abilites from her father. One of her powers was her ability to stop time by touching her fingers together. She'd often take calls from her father from his planet through an alien crystal cube she kept next to her bed.
