My custody order states that my ex-husband is not to drink 8 hours before the visit with the children or anytime during in order to exercise his visitation.The custody order is from Idaho and the kids and I live in Wyoming. My Ex has to come into Wyoming to pick up the kids. My children tell me he(ex)stops down the street and buys beer to drink on his way home.He was stopped on his way home before and police did field test but he wasn't drunk yet, he just got seatbelt tickets for the kids.How do I protect my kids, they are afraid to go with him.

An order of protection is for physcial violence and I don't see getting issued.

You take him back to court and have children testify and ask for him to be found in contempt. If it continues, you can ask for a change in visitation agreement
