    Mobile home repossession and bankruptcy
My husband and I are considering bankruptcy. We have a mobile home that is about to be repossessed. My question is, how will the repossession be handled by bankruptcy? We are not interested in keeping the mobile home but we are looking at filing Chapter 13 so that are debts are repaid.

Talk to your local attorney that is going to do your bankruptcy,

Since you do not know how much you will owe them after the repo, you can possibly owe them as much as you do now, depending on the condition of the home and how much you owe. You may have to wait till the repo is over to have a firm amount you owe them. You may be able to work with them to merely turn it back over to them, and not owe as much as if they had to actually do the repo.
