How much jail time on 5 yr pv if you served full prison sentence of 34 months?
My boyfriend pleaded guilty to UNLAWFUL SEXUAL CONDUCT W/MINOR F4. Plea was for no prison 5 years probation - 10 years registration. Judge sentenced him to 34 months prison (which he served every day) AND 5 years probation. What is the maxium amount of time he can serve for probation violation? And once he serves he pv time (say whole 5 years) can Ohio give him more probation time?

    Hello no:

The whole 5 years even if he were violated on the last day. IF they violate him, and he serves the entire 5 years in the slam, no, Ohio cannot give him more probation time.

Agree, if he messes up, they can send him back for the entire 5 years.
I will note at least locally he got a very light sentence.

Of course as long as he does not do anything wrong there is nothing to wrorry about

Well to begin with the acusations were brought up by his ex-wife. It took the state two and half years to get his youngest two daughters to "have any memories". It took another two and half to get him on a bond violation. Then evidence didn't matter - they said they would leave him in county for up to a year or two before trail. THAT IS TWO MORE YEARS BRAINWASHING. His oldest daughter will soon be 18 and she has always maintained her dad's innocence. She said they told her what her dad did during weekly counseling. Then when she refused to tell their lies CS separated her from her younger two sisters. So now he has almost done 34 months and has done nothing and PROBATE is CRAZY/ Once his oldest is 18 she wants to petition the court to reopen his case. I don't know what can be done since he entered into a plea bargain.

My fiancé got sentenced to 5 years to 5 years and a day in a Mass State prison on a subsequent drug offense. He was givn credit for already serving 21 months. Will he be able to earn good time? How long will he have to serve in prison before being released?? The "5 years to 5 years and a day" has me a bit confused...

    Hello y:

Each state has different calculations for good time.. He HAS a case manager in the prison or the jail where he is confined and THAT person knows. You can call him.
