What is the proper way to respond to a summons for foreclosure when a agreement has be
What is the proper way to respond to a summons for foreclosure when a agreement has been worked out with the bank? I have a signed letter from the bank stating that if three consecutive payments are made, the last of which needs to be made by feb 26, the foreclosure will be stopped. However, I only have 10 days left to respond to the court and don't know exactly what I need to provide to the court or how to correctly respond. Is there some type of cover letter that I can follow? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Respond by telling the court the case needs to be dismissed since an agreement has been reached, esplain the agreememt and attach a copy of the letter from the bank.

But assume the worst and show up for any court hearing
