I'm 27yrs old and never had a papsmear,I have been bleeding off and on for the past year,my periods really never been normal,I really need help with this I'm so scared to get a pap test I'm the type of person that worries about everything I make myself sick worrying about it what should I do? PLEASE HELP!

First of all, stop worrying about everything. It does no good to dwell on issues that you don't even know you have. I too used to worry a lot until it started to affect what I did in my life. You have to learn that you can't control everything, just take care of what crosses your path. That being said, I am a guy so I'm not sure what a pap is like however we do have to get some other un pleasant tests:( It is important to keep yourself healthy in that department and I have been told by MANY girls its no big deal at all... Dont worry

You'll feel a lot better after you have it done. You'll either find out that you're fine, or you'll be able to figure out a treatment plan to regulate your period.
