If I quit walmart last year, can I still get my w2s online?

If you quit Wal Mart or anywhere they are still required by law to mail them to you NO MATTER what. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get them off their website. Tell them you need them. They are required to have them in the mail by the end of Jan.

As long as you have the information needed to identify yourself, you should be able to get them online.
