I use Retin-a (also known as tretinoin) on my face with Hq, because I had several acne spots on my face and especially on my forehead. But, most of them are gone now.

But your getting married next month, and retin-a causes the skin to peel a lot and it is very noticeable. So, another option that you can do is to use a lactic acid, such as 40% in strength. And apply sunblock high in spf daily before going outdoors.
