Well I've gone to the doctor for this before. They always say they have no clue and also since I don't have insurance, they don't want to treat me that well.
So that's why I ask anywhere I can.

I may have an abnormal testicle and never knew it before but there's been about 4 times that this has happened. The previous three times, I just shook it up, gave it a few days and I was fine.

But this time it hurts more. I still have pain and it's been 1 week.
I get small bursts of pain.

If it's not bleeding or bruised, then what could be making pain?
If my veins were torn, woudlnt' that show signs?

And also what could possibly cause me to have pain at ejaculation?

I'm in my early 30's. I had a simple ejaculation and right when it orgasmed.. I had a strong testicle pain.

It's been hurting intermittently . But when it doesn't hurt, I feel pretty normal.
When it hurts, the pain is not super hard but it's descent enough to go "ouuuuuch...."

I'm not bleeding and it's not bruised. So what can it be? Also, I can't go to the doctor cause there's only a few urologists in town and they don't have open appointments at the moment until 2 weeks or more.

Anyway, does this seem like something really serious??

There are several things that it could be but here are 2 conditions to consider. One you could be having a low grade prostate infection which could be causing pain in your testicle. One indication of this would be burning sensation when urinating. The other condition could be Testicular Torsion.
