This is my second time stopping it and its been 34 days since I haven't taken it and Ive been having unprotected sex. No sign of period at all, my body feels worn out and sluggish, Ive been getting headaches, and I just want to lay around. Are my chances of being pregnant high? If so how high?

Without knowing what kind of BC you were taking it's impossible to tell. Also, it is nearly impossible for us to know since we don't know your medical history. You could be having symptoms of a flu, premenstrual symptoms, the because hormone leaving your body, etc.
