Received CA letter Dec 2009.
Send request debt verification an Dec12, 2009
Received from CA 12 month statement from credit card bill starting Jan - Dec 2009.
This letter was send on Jan 14 2010 which is 3 day over the 30 days limit.
Can I still send Cease and desist to this CA to stop their collection effort?
Also the total amount does not match the debt statement.
Please help.

Nope. Has the SOL passed? Have they started a suit against you?
