Have a Kenmore Ultra 1603 that we replaced the element on. It worked fine for a few times. Now the cycle stops right before 'heated dry', leaving water in the bottom. Is my thermostat bad? Or what do I do. I can reset it & it'll start the cycle. The dishwasher is about 3 yrs. Old.

I would check the power source first, if it has a plug in or hardwired, plug could be partially unplugged, then check with a meter the voltage to see if you are getting 120 volts. If that all checks OK you probably have a bad control unit.
