I have a GE front load Profile washer that has started making a thumping or knocking noise when the washer is agitating or spinning. The washer is about 5 years old and this noise just started. It almost sounds like a shoe in the washer tub with it being consistent when agitating and more frequent but softer when in spin cycle. Any guidance on the potential cause would be appreciated.
