I would like to know in what year did the Louisiana law changed that would allow parents to dis-inherit their children.

Honestly, I didn't know they ever had a law that wouldn't allow someone to disinherit someone. It's a good thing they changed it. Every state that I know of has freedoms to choose to whom money and things are willed.

Or made it difficult, anyway, It is an aspect of the "Civil Code", a/k/a "Code Napoleon".
